The process

Continuing Education will collaborate with your organization to clearly identify and understand your specific needs and training outcomes. Our role is to provide tools and expertise to help your organization achieve its full potential and set itself apart.

Client satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Preliminary meetings and consultations with the appropriate stakeholders from your organization will be set up to first identify your organization's unique training and development needs. We will then design an educational solution that appropriately addresses the workplace objectives you wish to achieve.

Each of our tailored solutions can vary in duration, topic and delivery format. Perhaps your organizational objectives can be met with a half-day workshop. Perhaps a long-term multi-phase program is needed. The learning environment will be interactive and engaging, and learning activities will be carefully designed to promote the relevance and application of the content. Our solutions can be provided in a face-to-face setting, or through online learning modules specifically created to meet your needs. Numerous methods of training are provided based on the learning outcomes your organization desires to achieve.

The instruction provided is at the University level and will balance theory with real-world application, keeping your professional learners engaged and motivating them to return to work recharged and armed with new skills and ideas.

For added convenience, programs can be delivered on-site at your organization’s location. Alternatively, if off-site training is your preference, programs can be delivered at the University of Windsor's state-of-the-art facilities, or other suitable neutral-site learning environments.
